  1. Well done matt! its a well made video. I like the transitions in the video, when the scene fades into another, i think it is really effective. The frames were tightly cropped and the light in each shot was done really well. I think the effects are really good. i liked the way you pt the different background behind the band. I like the split screen of the two different band members. I think the scenes fit in with the song as i like the way the singer meets' Caroline' Towards the end of the video, i like the 4 split screens with the musicians. I think that is really effective especially with the effects,
Overall a very good video :)

  2. Great video Matt. There are a variet of different shots used throughout the video. You have also used alot of different effects, i especialy like the effects that you have used on after effects as it gives the video more life. The singer has synced the vocals very well with the lyrics. One negative would be that when the bag gets knocked out of her hand nothing falls out but in the next scene all of her shopping is on the floor, (consistency :P). I like what you have done between 2:40 and 2:46 because it shows all of the band.

Overall its a great video well done mate.

  3. Matt! I really like your video. It has great effects and a great story line. All the Lip sync is very well edited so it gives it a high standard finish. The pace of the clips changing goes well with the beat of the song and when the music matches the clip of the trumpet it works really well. It is filmed really well and the shots are very steady and framed well. The split screens are really good too.

    Well Done, its great! :)

  4. The transparent layering of the musical performance at moments throughout the video was a good effect to use, as it lets you fit more content in from the performance of the song without distracting from the storyline of the video too much. The greenscreen effects used are also very fitting with the music.

  8. The use of the different effects you have used really keep you intrigued, it's a good way to keep a pace to a music video. The use of cross fading the two clips on top of each other is really clever, it allows you to see and follow the narrative and the use of a band and instruments. The lip synching is all in time and the actions the performer uses goes well with the song.
